Our History
In 2016, my wife and I bought our first apartment complex, a twenty unit multifamily and commercial space building built in 1902. We bought it condemned and in desperate need or new life. With no money, no tools, and hardly any time, we opened that building within a year timeframe. That building we still own and operate it today. That one building would go on to be a snowball effect of buying fixing selling, renting, operating, and managing a portfolio of real estate. During the process of the last eight years we have picked up a lot of talented men, equipment, and the knowledge to take on a magnitude of projects. We have rehabbed 50000+ sq ft of residential living space, built 10000+ sq ft of new single family construction, as well as fully remodeled two laundromats that we currently own and operate. I personally had all my teenage years in construction working for my father’s company, as well as in the mining industry at a gravel pit running heavy equipment. Over the years my skills sets have sharpened, I have a keen eye for construction, and hold myself and my crews to the highest of standards. My grandfather would say “building with eternity in mind”. Our Team
From young men who have joined the industry, locally to as far as Central America. We started and specialize in multi-family rehabs, as well as new multifamily builds. We can act as a general contractor with men on hand where needed.
